History

After forming in 2016, Verity White and her band have crammed a lot into a short space of time. Following on from the success of their debut album, ‘Breaking Out’, the subsequent album ‘Reclaim; Set Fire’ released in 2019 wowed fans and critics alike which lead to them signing to WDFD Records. As a result of their growing popularity, ‘Inside Your Love’ was chosen by Earache Records to appear on their compilation album ‘New Wave of Rock n Roll’ which saw them reach new fans.

Verity and Alex spent the lockdown keeping audiences entertained with their weekly live sessions on Facebook which saw them play a selection of tracks and generally just having a mad half hour with those who tune in. They released 2 EPs which were written and recorded during lockdown After the Storm (June 2020) and Ungrounded (Nov 2020) with limited editions of each selling out with days of the pre-order being launched. Music videos were premiered on the New Wave of Classic Rock YouTube Channel and Electric Music Mag, while Verity hosted “An Evening With…’ show on Radio WigWam as well as being featured several times on BBC Radio Gloucestershire. Once restrictions lifted, they returned to the live scene winning over new fans along the way and put on a show-stopping performances at LoveRocks Festival in Dorset and Wildfire Festival in Lanarkshire where they performed an after-party acoustic set. In the Autumn of 2021, Verity White sought a change in direction and style , a change which would reflect not only their musical style, but also their personalities. The first step on this journey say them revert back to a two-piece and the release of Another Angle in October 2021.
